CALGARY – Football fans in Calgary will get two games for the price of one next week.

The University of Calgary Dinos and the Calgary Stampeders are offering fans a chance to catch both teams in action Nov. 4-5 at McMahon Stadium. Fans with a ticket to the Stamps' Nov. 5 game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers will also gain admission to the Dinos' Canada West semi-final game Friday night.

“This will be a great preview of what fans can expect next season thanks to our new ticket agreement with the Stampeders,” said Dinos athletic director Ron Wuotila. “We encourage all Calgarians to come out and show their support for two great football teams next weekend and help cheer on the Dinos as we begin our playoff run!”

The Dinos, currently ranked No. 1 in Canada, are 7-0 heading into the final weekend of the regular season in Vancouver. Already guaranteed first place, they are assured of home field advantage all the way to the Mitchell Bowl, the national semi-final game, on their quest for the Vanier Cup Nov. 25 at B.C. Place.
